Offerings - $18,832.20
Missionary Salaries - $10,920.00
Administrative Salaries/Expense - $3,669.96
Ending Balance – $246,551.96

September 15th is the deadline for a church to request support for her Missionary from the MBA of TX for the calendar year 2008-2009. I hope and pray that you are praying that the Lord will send Missionaries to our great state and that churches will be willing to send them out to spread the Gospel. WE NEED MISSIONARIES! Jesus said that the harvest was great but the laborers were few. That is certainly still the way it is. There are millions of people in our state, many of whom have never heard the true Gospel. It is therefore very important that we get busy praying for Missionaries and for churches who will be willing to take up the task of sending them out.

Remember that the PRE ASSOCIATIONAL MEETING will be held on Tuesday, October 7th. The meeting will be hosted by Pastor Paul Clark and Walnut Street MBC in Hillsboro at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will conclude when discussions are finished. There will be no business conducted at this meeting. It is just to discuss items of interest concerning the Missionary work of our churches in Texas. It would be great if every church could be represented. It is not just a pastor meeting; all church members are welcome.

June was a busy month at Northgate MBC. We began a course to train five future teachers. This teacher training course has been going well and we are excited to have more workers for the Lord.

Northgate added eight to her membership in June. On June 22nd we had Northgate’s first annual “INTERNATIONAL SUNDAY” and five countries were represented as we celebrated God’s people worshipping together. We appreciate your prayers as God continues to work around us.

Even though attendance was down at Vanderbilt in June, our spirits are high. We are excited by what is happening in our church. We had one who professed faith in Christ and we are praying for him to unite with us and be baptized.

We will be attending Pine Springs Camp July 7th thru 11th. We have thirty eight registered for Camp. There are those going who need to be saved. We are praying for their salvation. Please continue to pray for us and come to see us when you can.

Greetings dear Friends. We at Meadowbrook would like to say thank you for your prayers. June was a good month, but at the same time, a very sad time for this Pastor. My Father went to be with the Lord. I know he is no longer suffering but I miss him. I would like to say thank you to all who helped this Pastor in his time of need.

We are still reaching out to the people around the Lake and we are praising God for the four young people who trusted in Christ and were baptized. Please keep us in your prayers as we prepare to go to Camp in July.

The month of June was a rewarding month for our young ministry. God is blessing the efforts to reach the Community for Christ in a powerful way. We are constantly amazed as God continues to bless. Please pray for us as we seek God’s will for this work.

We experienced many coming forward seeking to follow God’s will for their lives. We have also had many visitors this month; several young families. We had one man that came forward for baptism. We had the baptism service on June 1st. Amen! God is blessing this ministry. The average attendance in June was lower than usual due to vacations and such. This is to be expected but we certainly missed those on vacation.

We are continuing to seek rental or purchase property for our next move. We are out of space for our children. Please lift us up in your prayers. We are in a space that requires a lot of juggling on Sunday mornings. However, we do consider our current location a blessing! We are confident that the Lord will provide space for growth soon. We are patiently waiting for His direction.

We are participating in the Vacation Bible School program with Bro. Jerry Baker, the Missionary who works in the Navajo Nation. We will be leaving for New Mexico on July 19th and will be gone for five days. Please feel free to contribute to this VBS.

I had a wonderful opportunity to share the work in Gainesville with Bro. Todd Gray and Gethsamane MBC. It was a tremendous blessing! Thank you, Bro. Todd, for the blessing!

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or if you would like for me to share the work with your church. May God bless you!

We had an exciting week teaching the children to follow Jesus. A girl was saved and others who were saved in the past were encouraged to continue learning about Jesus.

We will be going to Church Youth Camp the first week of July. There are fourteen who will be attending Camp. Please pray for our work.

Total Church Offering $1,250.00 Gave To Missions $175.00

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, We had a wonderful time in June because the Lord saved three souls. Also, the Zuritas family who lives in Tatum have started coming to Bethel MBC after several Bible lessons in their home. This is one of the fruits we have seen after we changed our method two months ago for trying to reach souls for Christ. We continue teaching in other homes four days each week in Tatum. We have one new family who opened their home for Bible lessons and the second time we visited for teaching the man started to ask questions concerning salvation. After a little teaching and visiting he accepted Christ as his Savior. His name is Ramiro. Please pray for him and for all the people who need to be obedient in baptism. The Hispanic people have the Catholic background and 99% of them were baptized as a little baby Most of the Hispanic people who are converted to Christ take a long time to follow the Lord in baptism. My wife and I were not baptized for more than eight months after salvation. Hispanic people take more time because the people who decide to be baptized know it will cause lots of problems in their families. Pray for the five families who have opened their homes in Tatum.

Iglesia Bautista Missionera Emanuel is very appreciative to Corinth Missionary Baptist Church in Timpson. Corinth gave our church a van. Also, in July we will go to the Hispanic Church Camp in San Antonio. Please pray for our work.
