Our Ladies are looking forward to a new Bible study beginning in January. “Captivating” is a guide into a more intimate journey into the heart of God. The Monday night Lifegroup is becoming like a small family as we research the book of Revelation together.

We are continuing to have a good turnout for GROW. With sixteen people visiting, making phone calls and writing letters, it is understandable that God is blessing our effort. Hopefully, our holiday meal on December 7th will be a good outreach and fellowship time. We are expecting God to pour His blessings out this Christmas season. Come and visit with us any time. May God richly bless His works.

November was a good month for us with one addition by baptism. It is always good to see people repent of their sins and trust Jesus as their Savior. We are continuing to have visitors and are expecting more additions to our church in the near future.

Our church received a generous offering for Interstate and Foreign Missions. I thank God for the liberal giving of our people. I appreciate the churches of the MBA of TX for recommending me as a State Missionary for another year. This will be a great help to the work in Tyler. We ask you to continue to pray for us and come to see us when you can.

Greetings from all of us here at Meadowbrook. It has been a busy month and with the holidays coming we hope to see even more folks. We are still seeing new faces in services. Please keep us in your prayers as we continue to preach and teach in an area where drugs are the mainstay of life. I thank God that His promise can be seen in all we do for His kingdom. He is ever faithful. Thank you all so much and may God bless you.

The past four years have been filled with ups and downs. Through it all we have seen the hand of God at work! Many souls have been reached for Christ, not only in Grapevine, but throughout the world. Yes, God is blessing and I’m so happy to be a part of what God is doing in Grapevine. Much of this work has been supported by the generous gifts from our Association and sponsoring churches. I want to say thank you for everything you have done to provide a financial foundation for this new work. I’m so glad to tell you that your support can officially end. We are able to sustain our monthly expenses and are well on our way to being financially stable. The best part of this process is that we are now able to support other ministries and mission efforts. We consider this a wonderful blessing and a positive return on your investment in God’s work. The work in Grapevine seeks to support missionary efforts.

A few have commented that we should continue in our efforts for support due to the fact that we have no building. I have grown to realize how insignificant having a building truly is to God’s work. We are looking forward to additional moves in the future to temporary locations. Eventually God will reveal His plans for a permanent structure. We realize that God is in control.

I would love to share the history of our journey with you and your church. I can share the wonderful times and the challenging times. How we failed and how God was successful.
Please feel free to contact me at 817-343-5900 if you would like to schedule a Sunday evening.

We have a long way to go to becoming what God is calling us to become. We continue moving forward, loving God and sharing that love with the many that we encounter each day. Please keep us in your prayers.

We are finishing this year and I want to give thanks to the Missionary Baptist Association of Texas and all the churches that are sending offerings to support our Hispanic Mission work in Alto and Price. God bless your efforts to help us reach our Hispanic Community.

As you can see from the report our attendance increased a little and we hope to continue increasing. We are beginning to have activities for our young people. This is being done with two other Hispanic churches. The attendance was 32 at our first meeting. This project to reach young people will be held twice each month. Pray for us and God bless you.

MARIO GAMEZ
CENTER AND TATUM

Total Church Offering $1,239.00 Gave To Missions $242.00

CENTER – This month we had the blessing to witness one profession of faith. Center is a small town which has grown in Hispanic population the past few years. Hispanic people continue to come from Mexico. Some have decided to stay in the town because the American Community has chicken houses, farms, and small companies that need them to do the work. For us, this is a great opportunity to present them the Gospel, like this young man the Lord saved in Emanuel Church.

TATUM – We decided not to have services in Tatum until we are able to use the building that is in the downtown area. The two families that assist in Tatum decided to come to Longview until we can use the building in Tatum. We have the key but when Pedro and I went to the building to clean up and set up the pews we found out that the floor is damaged. I believe we can fix this assisted by some members of Bethel MBC in Tatum but we do not have the money to pay for the material. We have figured that it will cost about $2,500.00 to make the repairs.

LONGVIEW – We already have new contacts. My wife and I went to Longview knocking on doors on Saturdays and Mondays and we made some new contacts. We are planning, if God wills, to have Bible study in their homes. We have a Sister who wants to take the step of baptism and we are going to make some trips to her house to have lessons on baptism. Praise the Lord!
We want to say thanks to First MBC of Lone Star for the offering they gave us to buy more Bibles.
